[ He's going to keep this one short and sweet. Again, Airi's handling the camera, thus the wobbliness of the film but it's currently focused on a poochyena taking a snooze at the foot of Yukio's bed before turning up to her trainer. ]

For those who weren't aware, it looks like my brother, Rin Okumura isn't here anymore.

[ He really didn't know what else to say. Part of him is relieved Rin is home but part of him blames himself for not taking better care of him... keeping a better eye on him.

He figures it's up to him to let his brother's friends know. ]

If... there were any debts he owed any of you, please let me take responsibility.

Oh, man...

[Announcing someone's departure can always be hard, due to the usual mixed feelings associated with it. Relief that they went home, sadness and loneliness because they're still stuck here without their friends.

And that small selfish part of wanting them to stay here.]

Thanks for letting us know. Other than a match, I don't think Rin owe me anything.

[ And there's partially blaming himself that he couldn't protect his brother better here. ]

I know he had a few friends here and I figured they'd want to know.

[ A beat. ]

Did... he challenge you to a pokemon match?

[That's always a thing. Thinking back and wondering about all of those "what ifs".]

He did a while ago! Now I won't have that rematch to look forward to.

It probably wouldn't mean the same if I challenged you using his pokemon.

[ Must be a manly rival thing. ]

If he ever comes back, I'll make sure to let him know.

Yep, you'd be right about that! Your battling style and strategies is probably different from Rin's.

[...It is. When you put two competitive guys together...]

And thanks! [He almost asks if Yukio's okay, but almost reconsider it.] Does that mean you have some of his Pokemon with you?

[ Ah, the throes of manly rivals. That question though, he'll have Airi flip the screen over to show Poochy sleeping near the window. ]

Yeah, they're here. Poochy's here. His nuzleaf and his eevee are here too.

[Atsuro smiles when he see Poochy.]

I know Poochy and his Nuzleak, so I'm glad to see them doing fine. But I didn't know he picked up an Eevee.

[ He can't help but reach over to ruffle Poochy between the ears. ]

He and Shiva are getting along pretty well. As for his Eevee, Maka gave us each an Eevee for our birthday. I'm not sure if my brother named it yet.

That explains it.

[Pokemon gifts is pretty high up there on the list of "most likely to get as a present".]

You can always ask. If the Eevee doesn't have a name yet, you can probably give them one yourself.

That's probably what I'll end up doing.

[ There's a tiny smile though. ]

If and when my brother comes back, I'll be sure to let you know.

[He smiles back.]
